Refund Policy:

Refunds may be given at the discretion of the management.
If any of our products are faulty we will of course give you a full refund upon reciept of the faulty product. If you have ordered something that turns out not to be suitable, changed your mind about a product or simply made a mistake please email holly@hollycupcakes.co.uk and explain your situation. We will get straight back to you and do our very best to help.
